Apparently, Bill Gates isn’t a fan of crypto or NFTs.

The Microsoft co-founder and philanthropist even went as far as to call the non-fungible tokens “expensive digital images of monkeys.” Directly taking a stab at the popular Bored Ape Yacht Club NFT collection.

So, if one thing is clear, Mr. Gates won’t be buying NFTs anytime soon, or ever. And here’s why.

Uncle Bill just doesn’t believe digital crypto art is a sound investment option. Especially with his experience of snatching up over 242,000 acres of land in America’s heartland.

Land = a physical asset class

But we’re not Bill Gates, are we?

We don’t have his kind of money. Nor are we public figures chained to the old-world financial system.

So, the question remains, should regular people like you and me invest in NFTs?

And more specifically, if we want to invest in NFT art… should we be doing it right now during a crypto bear market?
