Filling Our Tummies At Penrhyn Quarry
Just before heading off, we heard the distant rumble of our rumble tummy hence decided to have a snack at their restaurant on the second storey before heading off.
The Blondin’s Burger (GBP 13.50) was loaded with a juicy welsh beef burger and stacked with an uncountable strip of back bacon, a layer of melted cheese, some pickled salad, and creamy mayo, held together with home made burger relish in sourdough roll, fries and refreshing coleslaw. Put them all together and it forms a delicious meal after an adrenaline pumping day.
The home made tortilla chips were crispy emitting a resounding crunch with every bite. Topped off in a blanket of welsh beef chilli and melted cheese with a refreshing avocado puree and home made relish best shared amongst friends
