Food Delivery Review : Vantador, The Dry Aged Steak Boutique

Cooking Is An Art That Comes From The Heart. Once again, though they are better known for their steaks, I was feeling a little adventurous and decided to order a light snack instead of their steaks. I placed the order via a third party app which was pretty straight forward and arrived in ordinary take away boxes.

Scallop Togarashi (RM 69)

Taking a peek under the lid, I discovered a piece of art hidden within a garden of pretty flowers. The heart of the dish consisted of seared Hokkaido scallop with a touch of yuzu mayo and citrus juice give it a slight sweet after taste. Completing the dish was a drizzle of chives, mango touile, micro cress and togarashi to spice up the dish a little. The small dollop of arenkha caviar tickled my palate and left the dish emitting a luxurious glow amongst the colourful garden.

Although it was only a snack that I ordered, it was presented like an art piece in a museum.
