Thai Delicacies In The Heart of Singapore
Follow us as we wandered into the heart of down town Singapore (Jalan Besar). Here we discovered Thai cuisine curated by The Beer People Co and were teleported to the dusty streets of Bangkok and enjoyed mouth watering favourites without having to board a plane.
In addition, they had an extensive selection of beers with a variety of over 150 to choose from! Having spent 3 years in Thailand, we know for a fact that nothing beats mouth watering Thai food washed down with an icy pint of cold beer after a long day at work.
As we strolled through the doors into the bustling dining room, we were greeted by an iconic Tuk Tuk to the side of the entrance.
Beer chillers lined the walls leading to the busy kitchen which echoed a symphony of metallic clangs as they opened and closed as patrons reached in to grab their favourite drink from the extensive beer options within.
Worry not about the food as they have collaborated with Nummun Thai Kitchen which served us Thai classics such as fried rice with a sprinkle of curry powder and topped with crunchy prawns.
We also had a steaming hot plate of Phad Thai and finger food such as crab claws with minced meat and juicy deep fried chicken wings which we gladly dipped in sweet chilli.
All in all, it was a wonderful night out which we would definitely recommend to friends and family.
