How much is one life worth?

You can make a machine to do a variety of things, but there is no amount of money I could give you where you could buy the parts to build a human being. Yet we presume to know how much each of us is worth through insurance policies.

If the smartest person in the world, a person who could resolve world conflicts, eliminate hunger, give us the secrets to the Universe, walked into a hospital without insurance anywhere in America, we would let him die.

We are destroying ourselves for profit.
