We’re recruiting for a Head of Design.
We’re looking for someone who can lead our product to a visually stunning gamified experience of money that is pleasurable and memorable. Working with the founders, Head of Product and creative team, your aim is to bring the fundamental vision of the product offering to reality and to constantly improve and iterate on this, while creating and growing an engaged design function.

Role Responsibilities will include:
- Lead our design function
- Be accountable for creating a compelling product experience that makes growing money using DeFi easy, safe and fun for initially 1 million and growing to 10 million, 100 million, 1 billion customers
- Be accountable for creating a gold standard visual identity for DeFi magic
- Create the most engaging token experience on the planet
- Motivate & grow our already fantastic design team
- Establish, embed and champion design processes, methodologies, tools and research
- Steer strategic creative decisions and ensure consistency of vision with all efforts related to the product
- Communicate and influence effectively with all stakeholders and across all channels
- Work with the Head of Product & CEO on the product roadmap and ensure we are building an amazing product.
Core Attributes that we look for:
- The ability to inspire, empower and lead a team of creatives
- A desire to understand the impact of the design of the product on the customers, e.g. looking at data and getting UX research feedback
- Drive to experiment with new ideas and embrace failure
Our ideal Candidate will have:
- The ability to lead and motivate a visionary team of designers
- High level of expertise in the UI/UX process and design principles, analysing and interpreting user hopes and dreams
- The ability to interpret founders ideas and work with, empower and inspire the team to bring them to life
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional digital products, from concept to execution
- A background in gaming, mobile apps, or similar
- A track record of leading high-performing design teams across multiple priorities
- Experience working effectively in an agile environment
- Working and fostering a customer centred culture around the experience of the app
