MonPlan Going On Standby Support

Hi There!

As we edging closer to Semester 1 2018 university exam period, we would like to do some announcements.

As you know all of the members of our team are currently students. This means that we also have to head down and study for our exams. Therefore, we are winding down the support for this period, but don’t worry we still got you covered. Little support is available between 4th and 15th June, and support may be limited during SWOTVAC and the last week of exams.

However, our monitoring will still be up and running during this time. No updates will also be pushed out, this is for quality assurance purposes. Outages for the website and email exports can be reported over at esol-monplan-devops-l@monash.edu.
