The TronTopia Sportsbook, powered by Monster Byte, is Live!
I am happy to announce that the new TronTopia sportsbook was enabled this past Thursday evening and the early results and user feedback have both been phenomenal!
In just a day and a half, users in supported jurisdictions have placed nearly 200 individual wagers, for an average bet size of nearly ~$200 per wager! And with Monster Byte’s machine learning artificial intelligence hedging platform, the TronTopia team earns revenue on each bet placed, win or lose. Our margins start small, but increase over time as our platform becomes more aware of which players are better or worse than average when it comes to sports betting.
What’s important to note is the odds we are able to provide the TronTopia team are hands-down the best in the business! Sitting at 3% overround the Topia team is flat out crushing Wink’s unplayable margins which start at 6% and even go as high at 7% for major events, yikes!
The Monster Byte team continues to deliver well beyond what our team size and budget should entail, I personally can’t stress enough how large of an accomplishment and full team effort launching the TronTopia Sportsbook has been! Placing and settling wagers on-chain with a robust hedging platform under the covers is extremely difficult and the main reason you don’t see many sites doing it, but it is coming, and we are in a fantastic position to lead the market.
Next up on our list is to get the Dice.one Sportsbook out the door and live. On this front, both teams have been collaborating closely to ensure the on-chain wagering works exactly as Dice.One desires, but we are close and our collective hope is to launch in the upcoming days.
