Is CryptoTurtle a scammer ? Or is NEX Team selling their own tokens privately ?

-NEX (Neon Exchange) is one of the hottest ICO’s out there. According to officials, NEX already completed their Private-Sale (it was only open to strategic partners) and they will be doing a Crowd Sale in April. We are all looking forward to NEX Crowd Sale.
Today CryptoTurtle started claiming that she has a private sale allocation directly from one of NEX CEO’s own tokens and thus she is apparently doing a private sale pool for 1000 ETH. What’s the reality ?
Dear ICO community,
This is a long story that took place in a short period of time.
Since some time, us, three friends have been into the ICO world. After gaining enough experience with ICO’s we decided to build a community to share our experience and also to organize Pre-Sale pools. We’ve built trust among friends and our small community named “Moonetize”.
However, due to the fact that we are not Crypto-Celebrities it was not possible to collect enough ETH in our pool to invest in bigger Pre-Sales. So we decided to offer a collaboration to CryptoTurtle. CryptoTurtle is a Telegram channel that we have been following since long time and one we always trusted.
CryptoTurtle mostly focuses on Trading Analysis, not ICO’s. Thus it would be a good partnership to combine our knowledge of ICO’s and Turtle’s knowledge of trading.

For this purpose, we’ve sent a message to Blurry, the admin of CryptoTurtle channel.
Blurry told us that she will think about our offer and possible ways for a collab. Blury had all the right not to trust us since Blury didn’t know us yet.
We started to work on possible ways of collaboration that would make both sides happy and safe.
Immediately after we mentioned our ideas about Pre-Sale pools, Turtle started to announce about pools from her own channel. What a coincidence :)
Initially Turtle started to test the waters, to see if Turtle’s followers would be up for Pre-Sale Pools.
Also asked her followers which ICO’s they wanted to invest in.
NeonExchange (NEX) ICO turned out to be a winner and thus Turtle announced that she will provide a Pre-Sale Pool for NEX.
Before seeing this, we were still discussing with Turtle and told her that NEX does not offer a Pre-Sale. (See attached E-Mail that we’ve received from NEX).
NEX told us that they only opened private sales for strategic partners and all available tokens were already allocated. (This e-mail was in mid January)
Anyway, back to Turtle… Turtle told us that she is friends with some famous people... Check out the screenshot to see the name of that famous person.
Afterwards we had nothing else to say so we decided to wait. We were still brainstorming and discussing about possible ways of collaborating.
Previously we invited Turtle to our own exclusive discussion group. In our group she told to us and our members that NEX Private Sale was possible for her.
She mentioned that she talked to Noah and Noah allowed her to speak with Fabian.
Other members were also skeptic and were questioning Turtle’s claim that she had a Private Sale allocation from NEX.
We mentioned that since NEX is a NEO ICO it was not possible to conduct a smart contract pool with Primablock system.
After these discussions she announced in her channel that she would use some kind of escrow service that would exchange the collected ETH for NEO. As for commission fees of the pool, she mentioned 0.5% for Primablock, 2% for Escrow Service, 2.5% for herself.
Of course everyone is questioning her claim even in her own chat group.
Here lies two problems among us;
1- Either we are facing a serious scam attempt by long time trusted CryptoTurtle channel…
2- Or the team of NEX ICO that everyone has been waiting for is lying to the community that they don’t do Pre-Sales but they do it secretly to their friends…
Or maybe both of the above scenarios are true…
Even worse, according to Turtle’s claim, one of NEX CEO will sell his tokens privately to Turtle. And Turtle will make a pool for her followers.
A CEO selling his own tokens with a bonus, just before the ICO! It doesn’t make sense.
But check out the screenshots below.
CryptoTurtle a.k.a Blurry told that she is friends with CEO of Binance, so we also wondered if she is friends with NEX CEO.
So to clarify the situation we sent an e-mail to NEX and are still waiting for a reply.
I’m sure NEX Team will clarify this situation soon.
NEX does not have an official Telegram group. For this purpose the community of NEX Supporters setup their own unofficial NEX group. We also checked the community group and everyone agrees that no private sales will be made in any of these social formations according to NEX. But we have to question and be skeptic because we all plan to invest our hard earned money in this upcoming project.
So we have to know the truth;
-Is trusted CryptoTurtle really planning an exit scam ?
-Or is one of the co-founders of NEX really selling his tokens privately with a bonus just before the ICO?
It better not be the latter.

UPDATES — 28.02.2018
Turtle updated her channel and declared that ‘Pool has been closed because of internal issues.’
On the other hand, community has started to question NEX.
And finally, NEX published a new article and simply denied the claims.

But,
Just as we thought everything was smooth and sorted out, a guy, claiming he is one of the founders of NEX, started to threaten us by taking legal action against us if we don’t take down our article.
Instead of collaborating with us and exposing a possible scam attempt, he chosed to go against us.
Why ? Simply because we questioned some claims ? We are potential investors and supporters of NEX. Sad to see them react like this. We have every right to question before we invest our hard earned money.
