Introducing Our New Team Members
Today, we are thrilled to announce the addition of two highly experienced designers to our team. Ben Hallowes, our Design Director and James Weybourne, our UX Director will play an instrumental role in helping Moonlight shape our platform and build beautiful user-centered products. We will be able to leverage their diverse experience to tackle design challenges across the board and ultimately create an exceptional experience for our end users.
Ben Hallowes
With over 16 years’ experience in the entertainment, consumer, and healthcare sectors, Ben has previously worked for many of the world’s biggest and most innovative brands and picked up numerous awards along the way. Most recently, one of his mobile products was displayed at the Design Museum after winning the 2017 AXA PPP Health Tech & You ‘Trending Award’. He is driven to create fresh, engaging, and relevant experiences using a completely human-centered approach. Ben’s approach is hands-on and he likes to stay involved throughout an iterative production process: from planning and research, through concept development, to launch and post-launch support.

James Weybourne
James is an award-winning Design Director with over 18 years’ experience in the design of user-centered digital solutions. He has led the design on a broad range of high-profile global projects across many industries including healthcare, telecommunications, and social networking platforms. James’s focus on producing solutions that cater to the users’ emotional and physical needs has led to a number of accolades, including taking gold for “Best Patient Support Programme” at the PM Society Awards. His most recent project was to design a cross-platform support program for cancer patients in rural Kenya. Working with the Ministry of Health and a team of world leading oncologists, he successfully designed a highly resilient, flexible solution, suitable for the technologically challenged hospital environments found in sub-saharan Africa.

About Moonlight:
Moonlight is a decentralized workforce and project management platform anchored on the NEO blockchain. It provides improved liquidity to conventional resource management activities by integrating ‘gig economy’ mechanics into an analytical project management platform. Tasks completed in Moonlight are published to a user’s address on the blockchain which acts as a trustless resume.
