The Question of Salme Sandström
After Maria Flygare was fired for malpractice, and both she, and her firm lying to me. About, amongst other things, Salme Sandström being retired. On the same day, Salme Sandström immediately applied to hurry up the trial and no postponement.
On the 22nd of February, 2018, I asked Judge Petteri Plosila multiple questions about Salme Sandström’s eligibility to defend Pekka Ruokonen; from being his spouse, to being on the panel that picks judges, to her earlier involvement in the matter, to the matter of Maria Flygare, and Maria Flygare’s colleague, and Salme Sandström’s cousin, Pekka Ylikoski, repeatedly lying about Salme Sandström’s involvement and work status (“retired, she is retired!”). For some, bizarre, unknown reason.
Upon asking these questions, Judge Petteri Plosila immediately refused further communication in English and translation of documents. Told me I was not speaking the facts about Salme Sandström’s husband taking photos of me naked, and dressing, and then assaulting me. Denied me time to find an attorney, and gave me sixty minutes prior to court to have my court documents translated. Sixty minutes, where I would find out I had sixty minutes to translate 4 years of documents.
Which can’t get any worse than Judge Petteri Plosila’s court changing the dates of my appeals, 21.05.2018 & 07.06.2018, to 27.04.2018 to invalidate my appeal. Sending a demand for €12,085.63 before the time for appeal was up. A demand with a window of payment from 02.05.2018 to 28.05.2018, printed on the 12.05.2018.
I moved into Pekka Ruokonen’s apartment under fraudulent pretenses from Pekka Ruokonen on 23.12.2013.

There are others. Salme Sandström apparently allowed her husband to use her private work email to reply to a number of issues over the years; including the consumer complaint against him. It is impossible to say that Salme Sandström was not aware of the events; including the death threats, fraud, and other incidents from the very beginning.
As can be shown from server stamped emails, Pekka Ruokonen has been using Salme Sandström’s work email to reply to matters of rent and other complaints such as consumer affairs complaint. Either, we are to suppose that Salme Sandström allowed Pekka Ruokonen to use her email, or more likely, Salme Sandström was replying for Pekka Ruokonen.
Not that I tend to hyper-focus and do a lot of research; but I had a small look around the Internet about the legal, and ethical implications of representing your spouse in a court case and what the lawyer opinions were. The general consensus seemed to be; nothing heavier than a traffic ticket. Certainly not a convoluted case where the spouse has threatened to execute someone with a shotgun. This, of course, has little standing on anything, but it was an interesting set of viewpoints.
Salme Sandström has been involved in the matter since 2014.
There is no conflict of interest.
Salme Sandström has been reprimanded for allowing Pekka Ruokonen to use her work email by the Finnish Bar Association.
The Justice Chancellery says there is no reason for disqualification of a spouse representing a spouse.
However, we can see Salme Sandström’s involvement from very early in the process; how is this not a conflict of interest and why is the Justice Chancellery choosing to ignore this?
Salme Sandström knew Pekka Ruokonen had lied to get me to rent the apartment.
Salme Sandström knew fraud was being committed.
Salme Sandström knew the illegal Flamenco Hall had been constructed illegally.
Salme Sandström knew Pekka Ruokonen had threatened to kill me.
Salme Sandström knew about the audio, and aggravated defamation by the building board, and Pekka Ruokonen demanding that I be illegally thrown out of the apartment to solve the matter.
Salme Sandström knew Pekka Ruokonen had taken photos of me naked and getting dressed.
Salme Sandström knew Pekka Ruokonen had assaulted me.
As she had been there, and active, from the very beginning.
Yet…
There is no conflict of interest for Salme Sandström.
Nothing wrong here, nothing to see.
That’s the question of Salme Sandström.
And the answer according to the Finnish Justice Chancellor is essentially;
There is no question, and
Nothing to see here.
Nothing odd.
Nothing wrong.
No Corruption.
