- Skip the dairy. Take your lactose intolerance seriously. Life is much too short to spend hours sitting on the toilet.
- Go for walks with friends instead of eating out. You’ll have a much more intimate conversation when you can’t hide behind food.
- Make an intentional effort to hang out with people from different cultural backgrounds. A piece of God’s heart is revealed in every culture.
