Keeping promises is optional
I’ve been spending quite a bit of time in my car driving around Wyoming to “Beyond Heart Mountain” book gigs. The life of an indie artist is a hard one — lugging books, helping set up chairs, staring out the window, watching for cars to park. When I arrive at a venue, there’s no telling how many people will be there. I’ve traveled 3,000 miles to greet crowds between 6 and 60.
