At the start of the day, identify the one thing likely to be hardest for you to get around to. That’s your procrastination index. For me that’s usually calisthenics. If you do that one thing early, you’re going to have a high-energy, creative, productive day. If not, you might as well roll over and get more sleep.
In any case, believing that principle will give you incentive to do that one thing.
