Our body and mind have been completely ignored for uncountable times until they collapse physically and/or mentally. And only then, we will feel seriously sick and we will remember that they have been forgotten… for so long!

Recently I have been feeling helpless and also powerless when all of the below personal-related things have been happening to my life, simultaneously.

  • Countries around the world continue to close borders and that prevents me from visiting my mother in my home country.
  • Businesses are facing a lot of uncertainties. And with gloomy business look ahead, I had to say farewell to many colleagues
  • Personal relationship has not been so well and after countless number of trials and failures, finally I accepted that I can’t do anything about it

After 6–7 months of ongoing troubles, one day I felt that I was completely exhausted emotionally and mentally.

I took 2 weeks off with no plans for anything. I just left a message to my friend as a joke: “Wake me up when September 2020 ends”
