Don’t Pay The Ferryman

A Fantasy Short Story

I don’t know where I am.

The last thing I remember is leaving my parents to explore the shoppes of the quaint, picturesque town we stumbled upon along our road trip. Curious to a fault, I walked ahead, perhaps farther than I should.

I feel disoriented, trying to remember where I’ve been.
