Start a new experience with Agora, Mossland’s new community!
🌟 Introduction to Agora
Agora goes beyond the simple proposal-and-vote model found in existing metaverse environments. It’s a decentralized governance framework where community members can discuss, collaborate on proposed agendas, and directly decide the future direction of Mossland.
The voting process through Agora is linked with on-chain transactions, significantly enhancing the transparency and reliability of decision-making. Moreover, it’s designed so that every member of the Mossland community can actively participate in decision-making. Built on the core values of openness, collaboration, and innovation, the Mossland ecosystem aims to continuously develop through Agora.
✨ Key Features and Functions of Agora
- Decentralized Governance Framework
- Community-Centered Decision-Making: Agora aims for “decisions by the entire community,” rather than by a select few. Any community member can propose an agenda, discuss the proposal, and participate in the voting process to decide the developmental direction of the Mossland ecosystem together.
- Distributed Authority Structure: Within the Mossland DAO system, voting rights are given equally according to each user’s governance token holdings, ensuring that power is not concentrated in the hands of a few.
2. On-Chain Transaction Integration
- Transparent Voting Records: All votes and decisions made on Agora are recorded on the blockchain, making them immutable. Because voting results cannot be tampered with or altered, the community can fully trust these outcomes.
- Automated Execution Process: Depending on the results of governance votes, the necessary actions or contracts can be executed immediately or automated through blockchain smart contracts, enhancing operational efficiency and speed.
3. Openness and Scalability
- Open Community: Regardless of whether they hold tokens, all Mossland members can view and participate in a variety of proposals on the Agora platform simply by topping up the free LUK (gas fee). However, actual voting rights are based on governance tokens (MOC) and the corresponding qualification requirements.
- Continual Development Potential: To keep pace with the fast-changing market environment, the governance features of Agora will continue to expand. In the future, more functionalities and ecosystem partnerships will be linked to broaden the scope of Agora’s applications.
4. A Venue for Collaboration and Innovation
- Governance Forum and Channel Operation: Through the forum in Agora, users can freely engage in critical discussions, suggest alternatives, and share opinions on proposed agendas. Collaboration among community members serves as the driving force behind innovative project development.
- Idea Proposals and Incentives: If a new feature, event, or campaign is proposed and gains community support, the proposal may receive various benefits throughout its implementation process.

🔹 Log In (Connect Your Wallet)
- Creating a MetaMask Wallet
If you don’t have a MetaMask wallet, please create one using the guide in the link below before connecting.
- Connecting Your Wallet
A wallet (MetaMask) connection is required to use Agora.
1) When you click the CONNECT WALLET button, the wallet connection process will begin.
2) In the Select Network pop-up, click Luniverse mainnet, and your MetaMask wallet will activate. Enter your password and click “Unlock” to log in to your wallet.
3) Add the Luniverse Mainnet network to your wallet.
- Network Name: Luniverse Mainnet
- Network URL: https://main-rpc.the-balance.io:18545
- Chain ID: 256
- Currency Symbol: LUK
4) Switch your network to Luniverse Mainnet and add the MOC token.
5) After confirming the signature request, your account connection is complete.
- About Network Errors
Because the chain ID (256) is the same as Huobi ECO Chain Testnet (an Ethereum EVM-based network), you may see a “Duplicate Chain ID” network error message.
MOC operates on the Luniverse network, and you can use the network normally, so you may ignore that prompt and proceed.
🔹 Creating a New Proposal (PROPOSALS)

❗ How to Charge LUK for MOC Transfers and Agora Usage
LUK is the gas fee used for transaction processing on the Luniverse Mainnet. You will need a certain amount of LUK to create proposals, vote, and other activities on the Agora platform.
Please check the LUK charging guide in the link below to load gas fees.
- After Charging LUK (Gas Fee)
Once the charging is complete, click the SUBMIT button again.
When the pop-up window shows the estimated LUK (gas fee), confirm and pay the gas fee to request proposal approval.
After the operations team approves it, the proposal will be listed under the PROPOSALS menu. You can click on the title to view the approved proposal details.

❗ How to Acquire MOC
- Depositing MOC from an Exchange to Your Wallet
1. Holding MOC: To participate in voting on Agora with Mossland’s governance token MOC (Moss Coin), you must hold MOC (Moss Coin) in a domestic/foreign exchange or personal wallet.
2. Withdrawal Procedure:
- Select MOC (Moss Coin) from the exchange’s deposit/withdrawal menu.
- Enter the receiving wallet address and the amount of MOC to withdraw on the withdrawal screen.
3. Check the Network: Make sure the network used for withdrawal is set to “Luniverse.”
❗ Checking Your Deposit Address
- Wallet Address
- In your wallet screen, click the three dots (⋮) in the top right corner and go to “Account Details.”
- You can view a QR code and address there. Use the copy button next to the address to paste it as your withdrawal/destination address.
2. Depositing MOC
- When withdrawing from an exchange or elsewhere, use the copied wallet address to transfer MOC.
- Double-check that the Luniverse network is selected.
🔹 Settlement After the Voting Period Ends
- Once the voting period concludes, the amount of MOC each voter holds at the voting deadline is verified.
- If a voter holds fewer MOC tokens than the amount used in the vote, that vote is invalidated.
- This process prevents fraudulent voting and reinforces fairness and credibility.
