We hope 2024 has been a meaningful year for everyone. As we wrap up the year, many of you are likely taking a moment to look back on your own journeys. Here at Mossland, we’ve also been reflecting on our footprints in 2024 and would like to share the path we’ve walked together with all of you.
In this post, we’ll spotlight the major activities and progress we’ve made throughout the year, focusing on the development of our project ‘AGORA’
Notably, in Q4, we successfully completed the final QA checks and launch of ‘AGORA’, achieving a major milestone for the project. AGORA, which can also be easily accessed via mobile devices, will soon be accompanied by a detailed user guide, making it even simpler and more convenient for everyone to use.
In addition, we participated in various exhibitions and conferences, provided updates regarding the enforcement of the Virtual Convergence Industry Promotion Act, and engaged in charitable activities — demonstrating the many ways Mossland continues to explore greater possibilities.

📢 2024 Moss Coin Market Performance Analysis
Over the course of 2024, we conducted a comprehensive analysis of Moss Coin’s highest and lowest prices, as well as its cumulative trading volume, across all listed exchanges. Through this objective evaluation of Moss Coin’s market performance, we aim to bolster investor confidence and extract valuable insights to inform our future business strategies.

1) Disclosure of MOC circulation plan to bolster transparency
Mossland transparently provides MOC circulation plan information through its official website and disclosure site, allowing users to verify the data. Recently, the company announced MOC circulation figures up to 2023, as well as projected MOC circulation plans for 2024 to 2026.

2) Hosting a hackathon to spark new ideas for the metaverse
Starting in the second half of 2023, Mossland organized a Metaverse Hackathon. Amid strong interest and participation, the hackathon concluded successfully in February 2024, followed by the announcement of the results and winners.
Going forward, Mossland will continue to host hackathons, providing opportunities for developers, designers, and planners to produce creative content.
3) Preparing open-source development for Mossland’s DAO community, ‘AGORA’
Project ‘AGORA’ is a project that built a decentralized governance framework within the Mossland ecosystem and opened its service this year.
AGORA’s main goal is to serve as the democratic foundation of the Mossland DAO, establishing a platform where members can propose, discuss, and vote on important decisions that shape Mossland’s future. It places an emphasis on transparency, collaboration, and innovation, focusing on enabling community participation in the decision-making process.
4) Future research aimed at integrating Mossland’s technologies
Mossland is showing great interest in integrating rapidly evolving AI technology with metaverse projects, and has carried out various open-source research initiatives, including the design of digital assets for AI Machines, research on AI NFTs, and studies on integrating Extended Reality (XR) technology with the metaverse.
5) Revamping Mossland’s metaverse services
Starting from June 29, 2024, the metaverse service was restructured so that exchanging the metaverse coin MMOC for MOC is no longer available due to the termination of that service. Conversely, the method of exchanging MOC for MMOC remains continuously convenient and fee-free within the metaverse.
6) Completion of ‘AGORA’ development
Mossland has gradually shared the milestones of ‘AGORA’ with you through quarterly development updates. Thanks to your enthusiastic interest and support, we have successfully finished its development and are now ready to introduce ‘AGORA’ to everyone. We will soon provide a user guide for AGORA in an upcoming post.

- Moss Coin (ERC-20) -> Moss Coin (LMT) Swap Notice
- We have issued this swap notice due to inquiries from those who were unable to convert their Moss Coins from the Ethereum network to the Luniverse network during the designated conversion period.
2. Cautionary Notice Regarding Scams Impersonating Moss Coin
- We have received inquiries from individuals who fell victim to fraudulent websites and “reading rooms” posing as Moss Coin.
In order to protect Moss Coin users from further harm, we are issuing this cautionary notice about impersonation scams.
3. Luniverse Service Platform Update Notice
- Due to the launch of Lambda256’s new platform, the existing “Nova” service is no longer supported. Consequently, Mossland-related services have been migrated to the new “Nodit” platform, ensuring more stable service provision.
4. Notice on the Enforcement of the Virtual Asset User Protection Act
- Mossland has provided detailed information via its blog regarding the Virtual Asset User Protection Act, which takes effect on July 19, 2024. This law, classified under Stage 1, targets businesses operating virtual assets and aims to protect users’ deposits. Please be sure to check how your deposits will be managed and safeguarded moving forward.

Throughout 2024, Mossland attended various exhibitions and conferences to directly observe the current landscape of future technologies — including AI — and worked diligently to share the latest trends with you.

🟩 Completion and Launch of ‘AGORA’ Development
Mossland completed the development of the ‘AGORA’ platform this year and officially launched it.
During Q4, the team conducted final checks to verify proper operation and address any potential issues.

We have completed a thorough QA process to ensure the stability of AGORA’s core feature, the DAO voting system.
- By conducting tests under various environments and scenarios, we prepared for every possible situation and enhanced the system’s reliability.

🟩 Participation in AI Exhibitions and Conferences
Mossland attended numerous AI- and IT-related exhibitions and conferences this year, experiencing firsthand the widespread enthusiasm for AI, IT, and blockchain across various industries.
In this fourth quarter as well, fueled by this enthusiasm, a variety of exhibitions and conferences were held in sectors such as services, manufacturing, logistics, and distribution.
Notably, this quarter featured major international events like KBW 2024 (Korea Blockchain Week) and UDC (Upbit D Conference), offering an opportunity to observe the current state and future of blockchain.
Through participation in these exhibitions and conferences, we were able to directly experience diverse technologies and services, gaining critical insights into our future direction. We will continue to capitalize on these opportunities — actively attending and experiencing such events — to gather the latest trends and innovative ideas, further refining our path forward.

🟩 Announcement on the Enforcement of the Virtual Convergence Industry Promotion Act (Metaverse Act)
The Virtual Convergence Industry Promotion Act, commonly referred to as the Metaverse Act, was enacted to systematically support and foster various virtual convergence technology industries — such as the metaverse, virtual reality (VR), and augmented reality (AR) — which connect virtual and real spaces for interactive experiences. It went into effect on August 28, 2024.
As the world’s first metaverse-related legislation aimed at promoting the metaverse industry, this law provides a variety of policy and legal measures through which the government can back rapidly growing digital technology–based new industries, driving innovative growth.
🟩 Donation Activity
Mossland took time to deliver new winter items — such as newly produced hoodies made from high-quality fabrics — through Goodwill Store, a Korean charitable organization, in preparation for winter. As the weather grows colder, these warm and clean new clothes were provided with the heartfelt intention of helping the local community get through the chilly winter together.
Throughout this year, Mossland focused on developing the ‘AGORA’ project. AGORA has been building a DAO system through blockchain, decentralized networks, and other technologies, striving to ensure system stability and security.
Mossland anticipates that, through the decentralized DAO community ‘AGORA’, all of you in the Mossland community will actively participate, share your opinions, and become a major force in shaping Mossland’s future.
Moving forward, ‘AGORA’ will continue to develop the community through ongoing learning and improvements, based on the rapidly changing community environment.
We also took time to research future technologies, including AI. By attending related exhibitions and conferences, we sought to share market trends and insights on AI with all of you, while also conducting research within Mossland on AI, VR, XR, and more — discovering ideas and learning along the way.
In particular, the pace of progress in future technologies like AI is extremely fast, to the point that as soon as you learn one technology, another new technology emerges. Within Mossland, we also worked to share various technologies, projects, and platforms with one another so that we could quickly adapt.
However, due to the enormous amount of information and rapid rate of progress, we faced challenges in digesting it all and extracting useful information, and there were time constraints in translating it into practical applications.
As we head into 2025, Mossland plans to build on the technologies we have organized over the past year to reach our users in a new way.
We look forward to showing you how we can make Mossland more accessible and convenient, based on these technologies. We will continue to provide updates via our official channels, so please stay tuned.
