Welcome to the Weekly Nugget — Most Studios Friday wrap-up, where we share nuggets of inspiration from the world of tech, branding & design.

1. Bloom is teaching Gen Z how to invest

Bloom, a stock investing tool with 1 million downloads teaches teenagers how to build wealth through interactive lessons on investing, stocks, and finance. The app has an Instagram-like structure and incentivizes users by rewarding them with points that can be used for investing. Very well designed for their young target audience!

2. Stills is a new design-oriented image licensing platform built by creatives, for creatives

The platform just launched and offers an unparalleled selection of photography, shot by some of the most sought-after photographers. Compared to the typical dull stock image databases Stills takes a more qualitative approach by accepting less than one percent of the images submitted to them. The platform might not be useful for all use cases but if you’re seeking more extraordinary images this might be it.

3. Joyful mosaic

Charlie Sheppard — a mosaic artist from London, uses raw, organic broken shapes to create his warm and playful mosaic art. Read and see more about it here.

4. Allo — Headspace for personal finance

Allo, a new financial app is helping users create a mindful money practice that allows them to approach their earnings, spending, saving, investing, and giving with a sense of fulfillment. It’s an interesting approach and might gain traction for people that experience budgeting apps being overwhelming.

5. Spotify expands its AI-powered DJ feature globally

Available through the “music” feed section in the Spotify mobile app, DJ personalizes users’ listening through a curated music selection that includes spoken-word commentary powered by a synthetic voice. It’s similar to a radio DJ but fully tailored to each individual.

Have a great weekend and see you next week! 👋

Psst! If you liked some of these things then perhaps you’re our new coworker? As one of Sweden’s fastest-growing and most profitable companies, we’re on a hiring spree.
