The Weekly Nugget
In this week’s nugget we are back with more exciting designers and agencies. Here are our top inspirations for the week across branding, design, and innovation:
1. Sebastian Curi’s New Zara collection
What Color Is the Color of the Sky is the name of the newest summer line from Zara Man. The title is taken from a lengthy list of notes in the phone of Sebastian Curi, the project’s creator, where he records suggestions for artwork titles after a protracted period of creating nameless paintings, the majority of which feature hands, one of his trademarks.
2. The UAUPROJECT
UAUPROJECT is a design studio based in Warsaw, Poland. Founded by Justyna Fałdzińska & Miłosz Dąbrowski, graduates from Industrial Design Faculty on Warsaw Academy of Fine Arts who explore and experiment with consumer oriented 3D printing for use in home production.
3. Teamlab
Teamlab is an international art collective with ongoing immersive installations in Japan, China and the US. The group consists of artists, programmers, engineers, CG animators, mathematicians and architects and they create artworks using digital technology.
4. The Nothing Phone
New tech company Nothing recently launched the Nothing Phone with a unique glyph interface and aims to compete with the likes of Apple and Google through placing design at the forefront of their strategy.
5. Tabasco’s New Look
Tabasco, the popular Louisana sauce that is recognized by its signature diamond label and red top, has turned to agency Mrs&Mr to create a new global, unifying identity system.
6. Okey Studio
Okey Studio is a virtual french digital studio that features a photographic gallery showcasing photos of a few photographers who share their beautiful shots online.
7. Listen & Book
“Listen & Book” is a collaboration between easyJet and Spotify that allows you to discover your next favourite travel destination, based on your taste of music.
