On February 15, 2017 the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) launched vehicle PSLV-C37. Using a single rocket, it successfully transported one hundred and three nano satellites and one weather observation satellite.

ISRO’s world-record-breaking success was congratulated in a letter to Shri Alur Seelin Kumar, chairman of ISRO, by Vajubhani Vala, the governor of Karnataka.

The Indian Space Research Organization is also first nation in the world to successfully enter Mars orbit on the first attempt.
