It’s okay to cry, let the tears roll and let it out. Crying releases unwanted pent-up emotions that should’ve never been in there in the first place.

As you cry, you’ll have flashes of thoughts trespass through your brain, and these won’t be happy, in fact, they’ll be bloody awful and depressing. But look at it as a release, those trespassing thoughts are your body’s way of expelling negativity, and once they’re out, they’re out.

Settle down with a cup of tea, cuddle a pet if you have one, and proceed to sob your heart out. Who knows, you might unintentionally take a little nap — which is a good thing because once you wake up you’ll feel a little bit of weight lifted from your shoulders.

Crying’s an extremely healthy way to let go of sadness, fear, resentment, anger, and negativity.
