All Change Takes Is 1°

Often, we only require minor changes to experience major results

When it comes to visualizing consistent tiny actions over extensive periods, I love the analogy of ice melting.

You might think ice would start to melt in some capacity at 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, or 31.5 degrees, but it only starts to melt at 32° flat.

Even though the temperature change is minute, a drop is all it takes for ice to transform from a solid-state to a liquid state completely.

We often compromise our ability to change because we think we have to take massive action, but instead, we often only require a minor tweak.

If you’re struggling in any area of your life, take steps back to get a bird’s eye view to understand what minor change you need to implement to transform this area of your life.
