Any Goal Is a Good Goal

Every year, my workplace sponsors a Step Challenge to help encourage wellness among the staff. We gather teams, walk a lot more than usual, and log our steps. The winners receive gift cards.

Despite the fact that I have never in my life been athletic, especially now that I’m a middle-aged office worker, I do very well at these challenges. I do well even when my teammates suck so badly that we have no chance at winning…




Motivation is one of the most important keys to success. It inspires action and keeps you going when times get tough. Find your motivation and keep it with our motivational stories!
