Here are a few ways, I tried and it worked wonders for me!

  • Start with chopping veggies, or tempering, simple recipes like salads to create your interest.
  • Try to understand the entire recipe, which you’re making.
  • Attempt to make your favorite dish, even if it’s complicated, keep trying!
  • Be creative and innovate recipes if you can.
  • Experiment with different veggies, spices.
