“It all boils down,

To how much for the people you empathise

Simply ask the question,

What can I give?” — Arya Joshi

What is Gratitude?

Gratitude is a positive feeling. It implies the acknowledgement of one’s efforts and dedication. Gratitude is an ecstasy, which arouses by appreciation. Gratituous actions often are the strengthening factor of any relation. They are a symbol of consistent support and encouragement you possess.

Simply ‘spell’ it out!

The Joy of Giving:

The purest form of happiness in this world, is the joy of giving. Through the years of your life, there is a massive group of individuals who have supported you always. Celebrated your successes. Motivated you in your lows. Appreciated your achievements. Wiped your tears, when you cried. These are all forms of selfless service which they provided without expecting anything in return. They just gave and gave and gave.

How to showcase gratitude?

Human beings are built with imperfections. These imperfections are nothing but the uniqueness possessed by every individual. To respect their efforts, you should showcase your gratitude for them.

  • It can be a call, an email, a message, anything. Let them know, how invaluable their service and they are for you.
  • Write “thank you” notes to your dear ones periodically, to express your admiration and love for them.

Believe me, once you do so, you feel a thousand times lighter. It will absorb the positivity in your soul and in the ambience around you. If these acts are performed consistently, optimism will surely have an abundant flow in your personality.

It all boils down to Positivity.
