Laughter is the best medicine for your mental health. It is the purest method to replace a smile for a sorrow. Even a small laugh is enough to release all the unnecessary things piled up in our minds. Just ensure that it’s a hearty laughter. One reason, why the members of any laughter club produce the happy sound so heartily!

Nostalgia!

Charlie Chaplin, Laurel and Hardy, Tom and Jerry, Popeye are enough references to recall our good-old cartoons. They encompass every humorous action to suit the viewers palate. Simply imagine the times, when you thoroughly enjoyed watching them. Happy & Positive Vibes arousing, right? It made you bury all your worries, washout all the negative thoughts and simply forget all your fears. That’s the magic of humour.

Pun to Positivity:

Jokes, Puns, and humour-laden statements are trivial things which can transform your bad day into bright. More than luxury, make it a necessity. Once you do so, just feel your heart spring to happiness. Everyone need not possess a sense of humour, but honour the humour, check out the following activities to attain the same:

  • Make your own puns!
  • Create a joke book compiling all the jokes you receive
  • Watch stand-up comedy shows as a stress buster.
