We all are living in the quest for happiness. We all are striving to live a happy and fulfilled life. But the biggest obstacle to our happiness is the problems that we are facing. These problems are blocking our happiness. We are so stuck with these problems that we often feel helpless and miserable.

There is nothing wrong with having problems. We all have problems, and there can be no life without problems. Some people have health problems, some have financial problems, and some have relationship issues; likewise, we all are occupied with different sets of problems in our lives. Problems are part and parcel of our life. As Norman Vincent Peale said,

The only people who don’t have problems are in a cemetery.

Problems help us learn and grow as a person. Facing challenges and issues makes us stronger and helps us build resilience. So, instead of resisting the challenges, embrace them and confront them.

Every problem can be solved, every challenge or difficulty can be overcome, and every issue can be resolved. Always remember, there is no lock without a key. A key exists for every lock that is ever created. Similarly, every problem, every challenge, and every difficulty that we face has a solution. We just need to find the key.

What is the key?

Some problems can be solved, while some of them literally cannot be solved. You have to become stronger, face them, and deal with them. That is the only key. Either solve the problem or face the problem. There is no other way.

We often see people who are always smiling and always appear to be happy no matter what. But that doesn’t mean that they don’t have any problems and challenges in their lives. It means that they have chosen to deal with their problems positively. They are strong enough to face it and still smile and enjoy their life. They have chosen to shift their attention from problems to something else that makes them happy.

If you focus all your attention and energy on the problems, and your mind is always occupied with challenges, difficulties, troubles, etc., then there is no way you can live a happy life. You can’t find happiness looking at your problems.

So, shift your attention from problems to solutions. Be strong and brave enough to deal with your problems and difficulties. Do not pray to God to give you an easy and problem-free life, but pray to God to provide you with the strength and courage to endure and face all the problems and challenges that life gives you. As Mel Robbins quoted,

You have been assigned this mountain so that you can show others it can be moved.

Always be strong and optimistic. Take charge of your life and face your problems and challenges. Shift your focus to something that makes you happy. Smile often and enjoy your life, accepting the problems and facing them. That is the only way to free yourself from the pain and suffering of problems and achieve long-lasting happiness.
