Try to live through the day thinking only positive things, not only about others but also yourself.

We often rehash what we have done wrong, which maybe five or six events in our life that overpower the 20–30–50 things we had done right.

It seems a bit ludicrous to relive the worst when there is an opportunity to ground yourself in the multitude of things you have done right.
