How to write a To-Do list?

Almost every one has a todo list. A list of things that needs to be done.

A todo list if not prioritized is a list of things to do. And you might be doing the most important thing at the end of the day. The problem with this approach its possible that your list is too long and will never reach to the most important thing.

What is the priority that should be applied, there are somethings which are important and scheduled. Like paying bills, attending meetings, conferences they need to be done on time. We need to schedule at their proper time.

You should identity one or two things which will take towards your goals faster and make them to the top of the list. Do not put checking your email as the first thing in the todo list.

Have a practice of writing the todo list the day before before you hit the bed. That way the next morning its all planned for you. You will definitely have feeling of accomplished by knocking things of the list.
