We’ve been working hard on improving the developer experience for building with Movem APIs.

Here’s some of the changes we’ve made.

  • Improved Documentation. Our public API documentation now has complete coverage of our API. From starting an application to fetching specific tenant data. All the possible responses are documented along with example code.
  • Update Webhooks. You can now define a webhook URL and we will actively push data on the progress of your references to you, along with the final decision.
  • New Endpoints. We’ve added endpoints to let you pull the full tenant data object whenever you like, along with access to the PDF and any uploaded statements. You can also pull all the notes associated with the reference and which steps have been completed.
  • Postman Templates. We’ve included ready to go Postman templates inside our API documentation to allow you to try out our API in just a few clicks.
  • Test Identities. We’ve published a list of test identities you can use when completing references on Movem. These identities will return different credit history scenarios. There are also test bank accounts to try various online banking scenarios.
  • Developer Dashboard. We’ve created a new developer dashboard which allows you to configure your webhooks, redirects, access your API keys and much more.
  • Support. We’ve added instant chat support to our developer portal to allow you to get quick resolution to any issues.
  • Zapier. We’ve launched a beta of our new Zapier App which allows you to connect Movem to thousands of other online services like Salesforce, Slack and Google Docs in seconds!

We’re serious about being the most developer friendly proptech company and have lots more improvements in the works!

We love hearing your feedback so please drop me a line if there are new features you’d like!
