Starbucks Coffee CupsIconic as the Campbell’s soup can, with fun seasonal themes. The cool logo lets everyone know you just bought something from Starbucks.Bad DesignApple MapsDoomed from the start, and worse than a Google Maps clone. iPhone users had the brief dilemma of whether or not they wanted two navigation apps on their home screen. At least the initial icon was hilarious.2. Barnes & NobleThe “Maybe-Amazon-Is-Overcharging-Me-On-This-Book” website seems like it’s trying too hard to play catch-up while it tries to establish its own niche in the online bookstore space.3. HumansSlow firmware updates, frequent bugs, compatibility issues, and tendency to shut down twice a week. Is it time to abandon carbon-based living and upgrade to the next paradigm?
