MovieBloc at OKEx Vietnam Cooperation Summit 2019
MovieBloc was cordially invited as one of the VIP projects for “OKEx Vietnam Cooperation Summit 2019”, hosted by OKEx in joint partnership with ONTology, TRON and Genesis Capital. Held in Gem Center Vietnam, over 1000 people attended with 12 project speakers and approximately 50 sponsors in the event. This event was regarded as the first-time massive Southeast Asia blockchain market joint outreach, with the aim of win-win cooperation for all participants.
Chris Kang (CEO), Jeffrey Jin (COO), and Rachel Jang (Head of BD) were invited as VIP guests and had great opportunity to introduct MovieBloc’s project to the Vietnamese market and professionals and investors in Blockchain industry. In this event, MovieBloc released the official promotional video for the first time for the audience to get a pretaste ahead of the launching. Moreover, MovieBloc got some time to network and seek cooperation with many participants and potential partners.
“Thanks to the growing Ontology ecosystem and our partnership with MovieBloc, a blockchain-based film distribution platform with 812 million users, and PAXOS, a regulated stablecoin issuer, we have seen a dramatic increase in the number of users” while giving a speech during panel discussion session at the event.
