Notice of Termination of MovieBloc (MBL) Custody Service

Dear Investors,

This is the Investor Relations Officer of MovieBloc.

In 2022, MovieBloc entered into an agreement with the specialized custody service provider, Cardo, to safeguard assets against hacking and theft, and to ensure transparency and security for our investors.

However, due to the recent merger between Korea Digital Asset Custody Co., Ltd. (KDAC) and Cardo Co., Ltd., Cardo’s custody services are scheduled to be terminated on July 2, 2024.

As a result, all MBL tokens currently held in custody by Cardo will be gradually and partially transferred to the foundation’s wallet by the end of June. Once the transfer is complete, all transaction details will be disclosed transparently.

MovieBloc is currently carefully considering new methods and management of the tokens. We promise to maintain transparency in all processes and to do our utmost to protect your assets.
