Send Contributions using MyEtherWallet

Remember, you will need to fund your MyEtherWallet (MEW) first. Simply send Ethereum funds from an exchange like Kraken and Coinbase or send it via another wallet to your MyEtherWallet (MEW) address.

Once you have Ethereum funds in your MyEtherWallet (MEW), the next steps are fairly simple, follow the following instructions and you should be good to go.

Step 1:
Go to MyEtherWallet website and choose the “Send Ether & Tokens” option.

Step 2:
Choose private key as your option and paste your MEW private key on the space provided. If you have other preference option, feel free to select that option.

Step 3:
Click “Unlock” to access your wallet.

Step 4:
Once you are in your wallet. Enter the MovieChain smart contract address for ETH here on the “To Address” field. Use your account to login to MovieChain Dashboard to see the contract address. https://www.moviechain.io/

Step 5:
Enter the amount of ETH you want to contribute in MovieChain Project.

Step 6:
The gas limit is usually automatically determined by MEW you do not have to set the gas limit manually.

Step 7:
Click on “Generate Transaction”

Step 8:
Click on “Send Transaction.”

Step 9:
Check the address of the contract once again. Once you’re sure the address is correct, click on “Yes, I am sure. Make transaction!”

That’s it! You’ve successfully sent your ETH contribution for the MovieChain Token Sale! Make sure that your ETH address matches the one on your MovieChain Token Dashboard account.

MovieChain Tokens (MVC) will only be issued after the Token Sale and the Identity Verification audit.
