A ‘feminist’ variant that strangely brings forward a traditional gender role distribution, with men being expected to fight and women motivated by love.
Great ‘shakespearian’ dialogues but too many shortcuts and deus-ex-machinas
The experimental musical score, at times very interesting, is in the end so inadequate that it becomes overwhelmingly unpleasant!
