Post-Concert Depression
Many young people enjoy going to concerts, mainly because of famous artists they like to see perform live. Concerts are all about the music and the crowd that is surrounded by you, when the crowd is alive, the show is alive! For many people, their first concert is usually their best and the hardest one to recover from. It is called post-concert depression when one cannot stop thinking about the amazing night during the concert, and wish that they could go back to that same exact night and relive it every single day for the rest of their lives. It’s not easy to get over post-concert depression, it can literally take up to a month! Especially if it was your favorite band playing live. But the way you can recover from post-concert depression is by the healing of time, and jamming out to really good music. Usually the music you listened to that was performed live in the concert, other than that there is sadly no real cure. We must all go through this phase at least once in our live time, or else you’re not really living!
