The greatest drug dealer captured again?

As we all know, Joaquin “El Chapo” Guzman also called “ Shorty” may be the greatest and grandest drug dealer in the world and also the most dangerous where the greatest amount of violence occurs in his hands.

El Chapo was captured back in 2001 and was able to successfully escape from hiding in a laundry cart. He then went into hiding for a good decade and was caught again in 2015.

We all have to admit, those who are equally or more powerful than El Chapo can have it their way anytime they want. Because of how grand El Chapo was he eventually was able to sneak out successfully from his shower where he underwent a tunnel where he traveled about 87 miles to the city of San Juan del Rio, where two small planes were waiting for his arrival. Although he was able to sneak out, he was then captured again recently and sent to a prison in the United States to ensure that he is monitored closely where many military officers also roam around the space to prevent the escape of the greatest drug dealer. Do you think putting such a powerful person into a highly contained prison would prevent them to escape again?
