Uber is a fast growing company that allows passengers to get from Point A to point B. Well, what about taxis right? San Francisco’s largest taxi company failed to expand and develop their technology. Today finding a ride on a mobile app is way more convenient than struggling to find a taxi that is also inexpensive. And Uber just keeps growing with new ideas to rule the streets.

The Yellow Cab of San Francisco writes a letter to shareholders stating “serious financial setbacks.” Analyst say the Yellow Cab is unable to compete with Uber and Lyft because they developed their mobile app service late. As this situation grows, protests spurs from Paris to Chicago. And in New York, the cab services income is cut in half. Will the Yellow Cab be able to get back their customers with apps of their own or will they keep plummeting until they are driven off the road?
