Very often due to stress or poor nutrition we end up with sleep problems, and poor quality sleep affects both our performance at work and our relationships with other people.
I’ll tell you in this article what has worked for me, and if you have any other tips that can help us, please let me know in the comments

First of all I stopped eating 4 hours before going to sleep. This gives the body enough time to digest the food and let it rest throughout the night.
It is also not very hard to stick to as I fall asleep around 11 pm and have to have my meal at 7 pm which is enough.

Secondly, 30 minutes before bedtime I turn off anything that means laptop or TV and start a guided meditation. This helps me tremendously to relax my mind and thus have a better and deeper sleep. At first it seemed like a waste of time, but gradually it has become a routine in my life.

Thirdly, before going to sleep I take a food supplement that I don’t know if many people have heard of, namely Ashwagandha.
If you want maybe I’ll write an article about this plant, but it has helped me a lot to have a peaceful sleep consuming only 300mg every day. This supplement is also extremely good for improving heart health or increasing testosterone levels.

What other tips do you have for improving sleep?
