Procrastination what is it? any ideas?

Procrastination is the desire to avoid the tasks that stir up negative emotions in you.

We have all been in that place where we want to avoid doing a task and we make some excuses to do it tomorrow or some other day. We also find different ways to convince our minds that we can’t do it now.

We have some basic understanding of procrastination now let’s talk about whether it is good or bad to procrastinate. An article written by Gin shows that people who procrastinate tend to be more creative than people who precrastinate(person who does things before schedule). This generally happens because the precrastinators do not try to find the best ideas for a particular problem they act on the first idea they have in mind and the procrastinators delay their work and in that duration, they find multiple ideas from which they can select the best idea.

So is being a procrastinator better? No, because we haven’t found the whole truth because chronic procrastinators procrastinate to such an extent that they don’t have any time to implement the best idea rather they complete the task with the idea that seems to be the quickest to implement.

So it’s better to be a moderate procrastinator, if you find a good idea you will have enough time to implement it.

Even if you are a precratinator or chronic procrastinator don’t feel down it isn’t that hard to change any habit, try to take one step at a time and I am always here to cheer you on because if you don’t give up you will definitely achieve your goals.

Lastly, if you have any ideas as to how I can improve my next article please feel free to use the comment section. You can follow me for more such articles and don’t procrastinate to like the article(😉😉).
