Like other parts of the human body, the mind also needs rest. Good sleep ensures better functioning and a healthy brain. But in today’s world people usually neglect their good night’s sleep or easily change their sleep time which ultimately causes them to suffer from sleeping disorders.

Sleeping disorders seem like a normal term and people pay less attention to it, whereas in reality, good quality sleep contributes a lot to the health of a person.

An overview of sleep disorders

Sleeping disorders are the conditions when normal sleep of a person gets distributed or a person doesn’t get enough quality sleep. Quality sleep doesn’t need to be a sleep of 10 or 12 hours a day, but it is something about better sleep, where a person should be sleeping calmly and restfully as its body would get complete relaxation and relief. A person feels tired while having a sleep of 8 to 10 hours whereas a person with six hours of sleep might feel energetic and fresh. This is because of sleeping disorders. People often focus on their 6 to 8 hours of sleep but they forget about having undisturbed sleep, which causes them to feel sleepy all day.
