So, in this article, I’m going to talk about three extremely important things to do on your first day at the gym or if you’re returning after a long break.
First of all, when you enter the gym for the first time or return after a long break, don’t forget to warm up all your muscle groups. Just today, I saw a lot of people who entered the gym and after 2–3 minutes started lifting dumbbells or even heavy weights.
In my opinion, the warm-up should last at least 15 minutes, during which time you warm up all your muscle groups, but especially those you are going to work on. This way, you will avoid unwanted injuries.
