After waking up early in the morning, the first thing I do is thank the Universal forces. I show gratitude for giving me this life, an abundance of love, and other good things.

After my workout and bath, I again practice gratitude towards the Gods and Goddesses by expressing my worship, devotion, respect, and love. I fast on Mondays for Lord Shiva to protect my family and everyone in this world.

We often forget to take time to reflect on the value of life that we have received from the Universal Consciousness and neglect to express our gratitude.

We get busy with our lives and keep complaining about our difficulties. However, expressing gratitude regularly for what we have and for our blessings will change our way of thinking.

It will replace negative thoughts like toxic thinking, negative perspectives, complaining, and blaming with healthy intentions, a positive outlook, embracing life as it is, taking responsibility, and managing it well.

Practicing gratitude helps us realize our purpose in life. It makes our lives more meaningful and purposeful.

Often, people who practice gratitude engage in charity services as they realize that many people lack the blessings and resources that others have. They become grounded, humble, and treat themselves as equals to everyone.

The Universal energy blesses those who gratefully treat everyone equally and stay stable or calm during both good and bad times.

We all make mistakes, intentionally or unintentionally, and to work on redemption, one should start with giving.

One of those many days where I felt grateful for the moment and captured the Nature.

By doing so, you not only enrich your own life but also contribute to the well-being of others.
