How I Realized It Was Time to Lose 10 kg
Even if in my childhood I was extremely weak after the pandemic of 2020 that kept us indoors and turned our lives upside down I started to gain weight.
Considering the fact that I’m not a very tall person having somewhere around 1.74m any extra pound is noticeable, especially in my case where it seems that every kilogram seems to sit over the abdomen.
Even if I had about 10 kilograms more than I should really didn’t see a problem in this and somehow I got used to the idea that this is life and that men after 30 years is normal to have a belly.
In no second of my life have I ever thought that these 10 extra pounds are not just about the belly but are also extremely dangerous for your health.
Considering the fact that every year I have to do a set of tests for my job, the moment came when the doctor had to weigh me.
She put me on the scale and then she didn’t say anything, she went to the office where she started writing something. Then after a few seconds she told me to look behind the door where she had 2 bottles of water of 5 kg each.
She says take those 2 bottles and walk around the office for 2–3 minutes to test the fatigue resistance.
