How to Melt Fat
I see more and more people struggling with weight problems, and in this article we’re going to talk about what to do if you want to melt the extra fat.
First of all, in order to burn extra fat you need a calorie deficit. A lot of people, however, make a mistake here because they want to lose a lot of pounds at the beginning of the journey by creating a very high calorie deficit. This only slows down your metabolism and in the shortest time you return to the pounds before the diet.
A sustainable caloric deficit is 500 kcal/day which represents a weight loss of approximately 0.5kg/week.
Secondly, to melt fat you need a restful body which means that each person needs 7–9 hours of sleep per day. This is where a lot of people who start a diet and say that they don’t notice any results are wrong, and this is due to the fact that they don’t get enough rest, which slows down the metabolism.
Thirdly, they don’t have a long-term plan. Remember that these pounds are not put on in a few days or weeks but over years. You can’t expect changing your lifestyle for a few days to undo what you’ve been doing wrong for years.
Be patient with your weight loss process, measure your progress every week and try different diets to understand what works for you.
