I Took Creatine For 3 Months. Here What I Noticed
Even though creatine has been known for a very long time and there are a lot of doctors who have recognized its benefits, many people still have the impression that it is dangerous and is only administered by bodybuilders.
Today is 3 months since I started taking creatine and I would like to share with you the benefits I have noticed and what I will do next.
First of all the amount that I took was 3 grams every day without a break, both on training days and on rest days. According to specialists it is recommended to take between 3 and 5 grams of creatine per day.
Now to move on to the benefits I would like to tell you that the main thing I noticed is the increase in strength in the gym. I noticed this especially in chest exercises where I went from 50 kg in February to 80 kg this week.
Almost everyone in the gym appreciated this difference, especially due to the fact that in February I could not manage to get absolutely nothing over those 50kg, and now I did 6 reps with 80kg.
In addition in these 3 months that I took creatine I can tell you that the recovery was much faster and even if I increased the weight I was lifting I didn’t get muscle fever so accentuated.
The fact that I increased the weight also made me increase in muscle mass, which increased my self-confidence.
