At first, I thought it was completely natural and that it was just a coincidence that when you are stressed or your thoughts turn to a certain idea, it is very likely that you will wake up at 3 a.m. or, more often than not, between 3 and 4 a.m. The problem is that most of the time you can’t fall back asleep, and the next day you have to go to bed very early, which puts you in a very dangerous cycle where you go to bed early because you’re tired and wake up at 3 a.m. because you’ve had enough sleep.

In this article, I will tell you how I managed to stop waking up at 3 in the morning and get back to my normal sleep cycle between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m., even on extremely stressful days.

First of all, if you want to stop waking up between 3 and 4 in the morning, even if you are stressed, the best remedy is exercise, and now that summer is here, I feel much more comfortable going out into nature to walk briskly or choose other activities rather than going to the gym.
