Struggling at the Gym? Here Are 3 Mistakes Killing Your Progress
Discover how small errors in your routine can completely stall your gains — and how to fix them fast.
Since returning to the gym after a long break, I have spoken to many people who told me that they feel completely disappointed that they are not seeing any progress even though they have been going to the gym for several months and come to training every day.
I’m sure we’ve all encountered this problem, so in this article I’ll tell you the three main mistakes that are preventing you from seeing progress at the gym and what the solution is.
The first and perhaps most important mistake is that people focus on gym workouts but forget how important proper nutrition is. Many nutritionists and fitness trainers say that 80% of progress is influenced by what you eat and only 20% by the workouts you do.
If you want to make progress, you need to eat as healthily as possible, with meals rich in protein, which will help you build muscle mass, and avoid sugar and alcohol.
In addition, try to eat as many vegetables and fruits as possible, and to increase your protein intake, try chicken or fish, as they are high in protein and low in calories.
