“The clearer you are about what you want, the more likely you are to achieve it.”
A Journey of Self-Improvement.
Having a clear conscience about what you want helps you lead a purposeful life more quickly.
Often, people already have a clear idea about their dreams but lack the strategies or resources to achieve them. Some need to understand what their dreams are, while others are distracted by toxic environments.
Self-doubt, fear, and other toxic negatives are often the root causes of confusion and distraction. To conquer these, we need clarity.
“Clarity affords focus.” — Thomas Leonard
Focus is achieved through practices like meditation and mindfulness.
Despite practicing meditation for two years, I still struggle with focus. I often get distracted by my thoughts, daydream, and waste time, which leads to feelings of guilt and sometimes discouragement.
This needs to end. I am determined to try again because human learning demands practice. Nobody has excelled at something without practice.
“The most certain way to succeed is always to try just one more time.” — Thomas Edison
I had poor sleeping habits and experienced the consequences. By gaining clarity on what I needed and trying consistently, I cultivated a proper sleep schedule.
Lack of discipline led to failures. With clarity and consistent effort, I started getting up early, exercising, stretching, meditating, spending time in nature, maintaining physical hygiene, following a daily routine, and completing my tasks.
I am struggling with mood changes. Gaining clarity on my needs, I am practicing meditation and mindfulness and understood the importance of a proper diet in balancing hormones.
After experiencing physical and mental health consequences due to toxic relationships, I realized the importance of creating my own space and leaving toxic environments. I am still working on this skill, trusting that the Universe will handle the rest.
Every day, I learn something new about myself that I need to work on. Once I gain clarity on what I need, I consistently work towards it. I am determined to try one more time every time I fail.
I have faith that the Universe always sees everyone’s efforts and protects them somehow.
“When the mind is clear, the path is clear.”
